Rudstone Walk is the ideal location for a country style wedding and we specialise in offering a personalised wedding package for smaller and more intimate wedding celebrations. If you are considering a wedding celebration with approximately 80 guests (we do not impose any minimum number) for your sit down wedding breakfast then you really do need to come and view our delightful country venue.

All our food is freshly prepared exclusively for you and we tailor each menu to suit your own requirements using delicious local produce.

We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and have 14 en-suite rooms and larger cottages which are pre-bookable for your party so the whole of your Big Day can take place in the this one venue. We have two separate areas at Rudstone Walk for you to consider:

The Function Suite

For any type of country wedding our Function suite converted from an ancient stone barn is a perfect venue. The main function room with its huge patio and fabulous views over the Vale of York is supported by it own private bar area which enjoys the same patio and views and if required there is a small courtyard room which provides additional seating/reception space for your party’s exclusive use.

With ample lawns and grounds for photographs it is a truly memorable venue.

The main dining area can seat up to 80 guests for formal dining on round or oblong tables. Should you require additional space then a small, heated, starlit marquee extension can be erected on the patio to give extra seating for up to 20 guests or simply provide a disco and dancefloor area.

Should you wish your celebrations to go on into the evening then we would be delighted to host this extra part of your Big Day for just a small evening hire charge. We can alter the main room as required or desired for dancing etc and with your own bar and the courtyard room it is a delightful venue for your evening party. Maximum capacity for your evening wedding party is approx 120 people. Should you make use of the starlit marquee extension then your maximum evening capacity is approx 175.

The Farmhouse Restaurant and Dining Room

Our delightful farmhouse is also licensed for civil ceremonies and for a luncheon or early afternoon wedding. We can accommodate approx 30 guests seated in one diningroom

Should you wish your celebrations to go on into the evening then we would be delighted to host this part of your Big Day in our Function suite for just a small evening hire charge. We can set up the main function room as desired for dancing etc and with your own bar and the courtyard room it is a delightful venue for your evening party. Maximum capacity for your evening wedding party is approx 120 people. Should you make use of the starlit marquee extension then your evening capacity will allow you to go to approx 175.
