Each property is fully furnished to a comfortably high standard and rental includes the services of electricity, heating, water, council tax, TV license and a weekly linen change and service (if required), plus telephone . All these bills mount up if your employees rent an unfurnished apartment and most rented apartments are for a minimum of 6months.
