When it comes to this important part of business we have a dedicated
and experienced team to help you plan your corporate hospitality event
with you and we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your precise
requirements. From a table in the restaurant to product launches and off-road
driving Rudstone Walk has something for you!
As you schedule conferences, product launches, exhibitions, produce trials
we have a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities for your use. With
our unique location, dedicated service, sumptuous catering, superb setting
and fabulous views events designed around our conference centre and/or
farmhouse always leave a lasting impression.
There is a large area of the lawns and grounds adjacent to the complex
plus we also have 80 acres of woodland and grassland if you would like
to arrange any entertainment. We work closely with Jon Paine of JCS who
can put together a variety of challenges from survival weekends, paint
balling, quad biking, clay shooting, archery, blind driving and off road

We can offer any number of catering options from a formal sit down meal
to canapés, finger buffet, hog roast, barbecues and traditional
buffets. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises by our talented
team and comes highly recommended.
Should you be looking for a location for a special lunch or dinner then
we have 2 venues for you to consider:
The Farmhouse Restaurant and Dining Room

The Function Suite
For any type of country style entertaining our Function suite converted
from an ancient stone barn is a perfect venue and one you must come and
view if considering a party or celebration. The main dining room with
its huge patio and fabulous views over the Vale of York is supported by
a lovely bar area with access to the same patio and views, if required
there is a courtyard room which provides additional seating/reception
space for your party’s exclusive use.
The main dining area can seat up to 50 guests for formal dining on round
or oblong tables. Should you require additional dining space then a small,
heated, starlit marquee extension can be erected on the patio to give
extra seating for up to 80 guests or it can be used to provide a disco/dancefloor
area. The price for this is £900.
We would strongly recommend one of our delicious 3-course dining menus
which are all silver served to you by our dedicated team. Our standard
table layout includes ivory linen table cloths and napkins.
If you would prefer to have something more informal then we can supply
a buffet style meal.
We offer a comprehensive wine list and fully stocked bar. Many hosts
like to offer a reception drink such as Champagne, Pimms or Kir Royale
to be served on arrival and we would be delighted to arrange this if required.
To confirm a booking we do require a non-refundable deposit of £10
per guests. Final numbers are needed at least 48 hours before the date
of your event and this will be the minimum number charged for.
The Farmhouse Restaurant and Dining Room
We are delighted to welcome you to our stylish country restaurant. Open
each evening from Tuesday until Saturday our changing monthly menus are
available for you and your guests from just £22.50 per person including
coffee and our homemade truffles and shortbread.
The restaurant is also open from 12 until 2 pm each Sunday for lunches
and our 3-course Sunday lunch is just £19 per person (£10
per child) including coffee and chocolates.

The Farmhouse Dining Room is available for private dining groups during
and outside restaurant opening hours. If you would particularly like to
